Title: Tea and Biscuits
Creator:
paranoidangel
Rating: General audiences
Word Count: 1225
Creator's Summary: Sarah Jane had seen the Doctor a few times since he dropped her off in Aberdeen. All by chance and none when he knocked at her front door. Until now.
Characters/Pairings: Sarah Jane Smith, Eleventh Doctor, Sky Smith
Warnings/Notes: None
Reasons for reccing:
This story was written for me as part of Public Call (a Doctor Who fic exchange) by one of my long-term flisters, so I suppose it's not too surprising that it's one of my favorite Sarah Jane fics. But here's why I think others will like it, too, and why I want to rec it here:
As we know, when Eleven was putting off going to his fixed-point-death in Utah, he visited old friends. This fic tells the story of his visit to Sarah, and does so in a way that is completely in character and fits perfectly into canon. It's funny, it's wistful, and it's steeped in the strong friendship between Sarah and the Doctor. Besides, who doesn't want to spend some time having tea with Sarah and Eleven? (Well, maybe Sky . . . )
